By sponsoring a seat, you can commemorate a friend, family member, organization, or special occasion. A naming plate with your chosen message, name, or logo will be placed on the top of the seat back as special recognition for your gift. The contributions are tax-deductible and support the continued preservation of this historic theater. Nameplate guaranteed for 25 years.

Dear Patron of the Arts,
The Mount Harrison Heritage Foundation is very excited to announce that it has a new home at the Burley Theatre! We are extremely grateful to the Goode Motor Education Foundation for purchasing the building for our use as well as to the Harris family for maintaining it as a theater for over 100 years! This beautiful building built in 1914 needs a lot of love to bring it back to its glory days. Our vision is to create a true community theater space that will be used for plays, musicals, concerts, recitals, business meetings / trainings, classic movies, private events and more.
We are applying for multiple grants that will help us but most grants require a community match and many of our needs are urgent.

We are applying for multiple grants that will help us but most grants require a community match and many of our needs are urgent.
We would like to thank the following for already giving us support:
- The Goode Motor Education Foundation for purchasing the building (that one is kind of HUGE!)
- Idaho Heritage Trust for $100,000 grant.
- The Lion’s Club roof donation of $60,000
- System Tech for donating our state-of-the-art sound equipment (valued at over $30,000!)
- Minidoka Memorial Hospital for donating $6,000 towards upgrading lights
- The King Fine Arts Center for donating several pieces of used equipment
- Dozens of community members that have helped with our “Cleanup Day” events
So, how can YOU help?
- Consider sponsoring our upcoming show, “Addams Family” (sponsorships are almost completely tax deductible). Find the sponsorship menu here.
- Donate by check directly to Mount Harrison Heritage Foundation. Donations large and small are welcomed (100% tax deductible)
- Consider sponsoring one of the projects from the list below, whether you can offer money, skilled labor, supplies or any of the above! (“In-Kind” donations can also be tax deductible)
- Volunteer your time! Would your company like to organize a work party? Does your student need a senior project? Is your youth group looking for community service opportunities? Contact us for ideas on how you can help.
